Bedford Democratic Committee – Reorganization Caucus

The Bedford Democratic Committee will meet on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Bedford Public Library Bedford Room. This meeting will be dedicated to the Reorganization Caucus. Doors will open at @7:00 pm, the Caucus will start at 8:00 pm.
Attached you will find :
- Membership Form Letter to Committee members for reorganization caucus: This form must be completed for every new, existing, or former member and submitted before the start of the meeting along with the membership fee.
- Caucus Participation Form 2024 2025: This form is to be completed for members attending the December 5 meeting. Only people completing this form will be eligible to vote for new committee members. For those joining via Zoom, your completed form and fee should be mailed (PO box 1173 Bedford, Va. 24523).
- Membership Form: This form must be completed for every new, existing, or former member and submitted before the start of the meeting along with the membership fee.
- Rules for Caucus: Explaining anyone interested in joining the committee is required to complete and submit the membership form and fee
